Does being homeless dismiss your constitutional rights? This should not be so in America. Sleeping outside and in unsheltered environments is traumatic in itself. Is it possible that this could create a worse crisis? If these individuals are not seen, they may not be identified as being in need of critical life sustaining services. Should an individual’s circumstances make them possible candidates for being a subject of potential criminal prosecution. It may make them vulnerable targets for becoming a victim of worse crimes.
